I didn’t have the most conventional start to operations. I always had a deep love for solving complex problems under pressure, and with that I grew up believing I would become a neurosurgeon. In university, I was passionate about anthropological methodologies and research so I quickly pivoted my focus after publishing my first peer-reviewed study. I began my career in clinical research and was fortunate enough to eventually have my responsibilities intersect with leading and directing business operations. This led to developing and successfully growing revenue operations, as well as implementing complex business systems and scalable processes within healthcare, SaaS and e-commerce environments.

Throughout my career I have been known to execute complex, multi-million dollar projects within record time, while nailing the execution of requirements gathering across various stakeholder levels, providing technical drawings of desired ecosystems, coordinating with product, engineering teams and much more.

I have been involved in integrating 3rd party systems that generate over 100% ROI as well as building and leading projects for 1st party builds. I’m ruthlessly honest if your company really needs to “buy another piece of technology” (sometimes, you do, but not all the time).

I have an incredible track record transforming businesses through operations and GTM strategies and have been a key element in supporting multiple companies across different series of funding rounds. I frequently lend my services to various Y-Combinator backed companies globally. I am an active member across a number of revenue-tooling product boards which allow me to stay up-to-date on current market requirements and industry trends.
